I have over 10 years of experience in organizational development, talent training, and workforce integration. As the founder and Executive Director of C Business Labor Solutions Corp, I have designed robust workforce integration strategies with the hope of implementing them in U.S. companies.
My career combines technical management of human capital with a high-impact social approach focused on combating poverty and unemployment through education and employment integration. I have led structured training and recruitment processes for companies that have resulted in stable and sustainable employment, earning me recognition.
